Peter Dean is a strategic technology and sourcing advisor to public and private sector organisations across Australia and the Asia Pacific. Peter has been hands on working with senior leaders to align their strategic vision with market capability. He delivers financial, relationship and performance assessments, strategies, procurement engagements, commercial negotiations, operating model design and implementation.
BIO
Peter is an experienced advisor across a broad set of disciplines that includes extensive hands-on roles planning, leading and communicating change. Peter has led the development of sourcing strategies, delivery strategies and service model assessments as well as assisted clients across Australia and Asia Pacific in many sourcing transactions including contract negotiations and transition management.
Peter has held significant CIO level positions across multiple industries that have included Asia Pacific regional accountability.
Peter is tertiary qualified with a Grad. Diploma of Management, MBA and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
